Refund Policy
This policy applies to every paid product sold by Vorpp FZCO, a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, trading as Vorpp Capital ("Vorpp", "we", "us") — including Vorpp TradeOS. Our free material, including a free Vorpp account, costs nothing and is not covered here.
1. Who you are buying from
Paid products are sold through Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), which acts as the merchant of record. Paddle takes the payment, handles sales tax, issues your receipt, and is the name that appears on your card statement.
Your purchase is therefore subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms and Paddle's Refund Policy, and every refund is requested from, decided by and paid by Paddle.
2. How refunds work
Refunds follow Paddle's Refund Policy, which applies to your purchase in full:
- Within 14 days of the transaction, Paddle may issue a refund at its discretion. Requests are reviewed case by case and may be granted in full, in part, or declined.
- After 14 days, a discretionary refund is no longer available. You can cancel at any time to stop future payments, but a period you have already paid for is not refunded.
We do not operate a separate refund scheme alongside Paddle's, and we do not offer a money-back guarantee. A subscription is billed in advance for a period, and cancelling part-way through that period does not refund it.
3. Cancellation is your responsibility
You can cancel at any time, and you do not need to ask us. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.
To cancel: use the "Manage transaction" link in the receipt Paddle emailed you, or go to paddle.net, find your subscription and cancel it there.
We are not responsible for a subscription that continues because a customer forgot to cancel. It is your responsibility to cancel before the renewal date and to confirm that the cancellation went through — Paddle sends a confirmation, and if you have not received one, the subscription is still running.
If a renewal payment fails, nothing ends early: Paddle retries the payment, and your access runs to the end of the period you have paid for.
4. What you keep when a subscription ends
Ending a subscription does not cost you your work:
- Your journal is never deleted. It is closed and kept. If you subscribe again, it opens exactly as you left it.
- Your records are always exportable. Everything you enter into TradeOS can be exported as a spreadsheet at any time, including after your subscription has ended. Your trades are yours.
5. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy removes a right you have under the consumer law that applies to you. Consumers in the EU, the EEA, the UK and a number of other countries have a statutory right of withdrawal for digital purchases; where such a right exists it applies regardless of anything above, and Paddle honours it. Where local law gives you greater protection than this policy, that protection applies.
Separately: if TradeOS cannot be used because of a fault on our side, no policy is needed. Write to us and we will put it right.
6. Questions, and a request about chargebacks
If something has gone wrong, contact us at [email protected], or raise it with Paddle through the link in your receipt.
Please do this before raising a chargeback with your bank. Almost everything people dispute — a renewal they had forgotten about, a charge they did not recognise on a statement — is resolved faster by email, and a chargeback costs us a fee on top of the disputed amount even when it is a misunderstanding. An account that raises a chargeback without contacting us first will normally be closed.
7. Changes to this policy
We may change this policy. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published here on the day you bought. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
