Instruction: Watchlist Import into TradingView

Step 1: Log in to TradingView

1. Open your web browser and navigate to TradingView.
2. Log in to your account using your credentials.

Step 2: Access the Watchlist Panel

On the TradingView interface, locate the Watchlist Panel on the right side of the screen. If it is not visible, click the small arrow or the "Watchlist" button in the top-right corner to open it.

Step 3: Create a New Watchlist

1. At the top of the Watchlist Panel, click on the Drop-Down Menu (⌄).
2. Select "Create New List" from the dropdown menu.
3. Give your new watchlist a name, such as "My Custom Watchlist", and confirm.

Step 4: Enter the Import Mode

1. Once the new watchlist is created, click the "Add Symbol" (+) within the Watchlist Panel.
2. The "Add Symbol" window will open. Then paste and enter the whole string on the next point into the search field.

Step 5: Paste the Import Code

1. If you have a free version of TradingView download the "SHORT_LIST" txt-file. (Shorter, because free version is limited)
2. If you have a paid version of TradingView download the "LONG_LIST" txt-file.
3. Copy and paste the entire content into the "Add Symbol" search-field and press enter.

Step 6: Confirm the Import

1. Review the list of tickers displayed after pasting the code.
2. Confirm the import process to add the tickers to your new watchlist.

Step 7: Save and Use Your Watchlist

1. Your custom watchlist is now ready for use.
2. You can switch between watchlists by selecting them from the Watchlist Panel dropdown menu.
